About Us
Jan is the Managing Director of JKR QS and he is a professional Quantity Surveyor over 19 years experience in Quantity Surveying profession. Jan holds a Bachelor Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and he is a Member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS), Professional Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Professional Member of Institute of Quantity Surveyors in Sri Lanka (IQSSL). Jan is an ATO approved registered Tax Agent for Depreciation Schedules in Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).
Jan brings his invaluable industry experience to his all services and pass the benefit to the
clients to keep the best level of professional services at all times. Jan is very attentive on
client’s requirements and focus to achieve the individual client’s needs. This is
evident from the repeated clients, who seek Jan’s services frequently.
